Resume作成、キャリアコンサルティング、LinkedInプロフィール最適化、カバーレター作成などの各種サービスは、お客様ごとのご要望に合わせて個別に作成・提供するオーダーメイドサービスです。そのため、制作・作業開始後のキャンセルおよび返金はお受けしておりません。なお、作業開始前にキャンセルをご希望の場合は、できるだけ早くご連絡ください。作業開始前のキャンセルにつきましては、状況を確認のうえ、個別に対応させていただきます。
デジタル商品について
テンプレート、ガイド、チェックリスト、ツールキットなど、すべてのデジタル商品は、ご購入後の返品・交換・返金はお受けしておりません。デジタル商品はご購入後すぐにダウンロード可能となるため、お客様都合によるキャンセルや返金（誤購入・イメージ違い等）は承ることができません。

Due to the personalized nature of these services, cancellations and refunds cannot be accepted once work has commenced. If you would like to cancel your order before work begins, please contact us as soon as possible. Requests submitted prior to the start of work will be reviewed and handled on a case-by-case basis.
Digital Products
All digital products, including templates, guides, checklists, and toolkits, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable after purchase. Because digital products are available for immediate download after purchase, we are unable to accept cancellations or issue refunds due to changes of mind, accidental purchases, or differences in expectations.
